Job Description:

We are seeking a Sr. Full Stack Developer/Lead to join our team for a project with our client. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in API development payment gateways and preferably experience with PayEdge or GP2. This role involves designing developing testing and maintaining software applications for PayEdge and GP2 collaborating with crossfunctional teams and ensuring security compliance and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• API Development: Build maintain and optimize APIs for seamless integration with external systems payment gateways and thirdparty services.
• Payment Gateways Experience: Strong experience in payment gateways is mandatory with preference for experience with PayEdge or GP2.
• Feature Implementation: Collaborate with product managers stakeholders and team members to understand requirements and implement new features and enhancements in PayEdge and GP2.
• Database Management: Design optimize and maintain databases for PayEdge and GP2 ensuring efficient data storage retrieval and manipulation.
• Security Compliance: Implement security best practices and measures to protect sensitive data prevent unauthorized access and ensure compliance with industry standards such as PCI DSS.
• EventDriven Architectures: Design and develop Kafkabased eventdriven architectures to support realtime data processing and streaming applications.
• Kafka Integration: Integrate Kafka with API Gateway services to enable secure and efficient communication between microservices and external clients.
• RESTful APIs: Design and implement RESTful APIs using Java Spring Boot and Photon Framework.
• Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and design scalable solutions that meet business needs.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize Kafka configurations and performance tuning to ensure high throughput low latency and fault tolerance.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Implement monitoring logging and alerting solutions for Kafka clusters and troubleshoot issues related to Kafka Java JSON and API Gateway components.
• Documentation: Document design decisions architecture diagrams and technical specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development.
• Strong experience with API development payment gateways and preferably experience with PayEdge or GP2.
• Proficiency in Java Spring Boot Kafka JSON and API Gateway services.
• Experience with database management security compliance and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
