Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answering phone calls taking messages and transferring calls to the appropriate staff
- Scheduling appointments and managing appointment calendars
- Handling patient registrations and verifying insurance information
- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area
- Handling and resolving patient inquiries and complaints
