Job Description
Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns. This role involves working closely with the marketing team to increase brand awareness generate leads and drive sales through various digital marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads and others.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns including content creation segmentation and analysis.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create engaging content for various digital channels including blogs social media and websites.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visual content for campaigns.
- Manage and grow the companys social media presence across platforms like Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter and more.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies.
- Work with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and support lead generation efforts.
- Assist in the planning and execution of virtual and inperson events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on online advertising and social media management.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good to have experience in SEO
- Good to have knowledge of lead generation
