Overview:
The Field Executive plays a crucial role in the organization by being the face of the company in the field. They are responsible for carrying out various tasks such as reaching out to potential customers promoting products or services and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting doortodoor sales and marketing activities to promote products or services
- Meeting with potential customers to present and demonstrate products
- Providing information about products or services to potential customers
- Collecting feedback and inquiries from customers
- Maintaining records of sales customer information and feedback
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets
- Identifying potential sales opportunities and following up on leads
- Adhering to company policies and procedures while carrying out field activities
- Reporting on field activities and performance to management
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in sales or customer service
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Aptitude for building and maintaining customer relationships
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
