Job Description

About the Company:

One of the fastest growing and profitable fintech in Mumbai. They have grown to 250 employees in just 3 years. They have products across lending and insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems
  • Identify and document business requirements and success criteria
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including business cases requirement specifications and user stories
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
  • Use data analysis to identify trends and insights
  • Evaluate solution options and provide recommendations
  • Support the implementation and testing of new systems or processes
  • Ensure deliverables meet business needs and requirements
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions
  • Conduct postimplementation reviews to validate successful delivery
  • Participate in project planning and management activities
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Provide training and support to endusers as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business processes and systems
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Ability to gather and interpret business requirements
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Critical thinking and problemsolving abilities
  • Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement techniques
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or other project management methodologies
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and business analysis tools
