Our client is a leading F&B company looking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner for Dubai location
Youll play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. This position serves as a consultant to management on the strategic HRrelated issues and acts as an employee champion. Youll also assess and anticipate HRrelated needs communicating proactively with the HR peers and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues.
- Champion the talent acquisition agenda creating strong talent pipeline for the critical and niche roles.
- Strong focus on the D&I agenda across the business.
- Lead the talent management & performance management agenda.
- Drive succession planning across the organisation.
- Support current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation and preservation of human capital
- Maintain awareness of the culture plans financial position and competition of the business units under HRs purview
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Work to enhance the organizations human resources by planning implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies programs and practices
- Contribute to the development of HR department goals objectives and systems

- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess the organizations current talent pool and create plans for future talent needs
- Support and direct HR initiatives and the delivery of HR services.
Required Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 10 years experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Indepth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Strong understanding of talent management and development practices
- Excellent active listening negotiation and presentation skills
- Peopleoriented and resultsdriven
- Experience in the implementation of HR programs and policies
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant HR certification is a plus
- Experience in project management is an advantage
