Role Overview:
Were seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team playing a crucial role in prospecting potential agency owner candidates managing the onboarding process and contributing to our marketing efforts. This position reports directly to the President of the company/agency and serves as a pivotal point of contact for our new agency owners ensuring a smooth transition and successful launch of their digital agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Onboarding: Identify and engage potential agency owner candidates utilizing a mix of marketing platform technologies and CRM tools. Manage all aspects of the onboarding process ensuring a seamless experience for new agency owners.
- Project Management: Oversee projects related to the onboarding of new agency owners. Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively maintaining open lines of communication and meeting all project deadlines.
- Marketing: Assist with the development of content and execution of social media marketing strategies aimed at promoting The Agency Builder and attracting prospective agency owners.
- Client Support and Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for new agency owners providing guidance support and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the onboarding process and beyond.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the President and other team members to improve processes and strategies. Provide regular reports on project progress challenges and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in agency and marketing roles with a proven track record of success in account management project management and social media marketing.
- 2 years of marketing experience is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite products marketing platform technologies and CRM tools.
- A selfstarter with a passion for the digital marketing industry and a commitment to helping entrepreneurs succeed.
