Role overview

As a Project Manager (Product) you will be part of our Product Team. Your role is to improve existing and establish new processes for scaling the Product teams capabilities. As part of this role you will improve and build processes ensure the delivery of projects monitor progress against core KPIs and build reports and presentations for internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement new processes and improve existing ones to grow the operations of the Product team.
• Ensure delivery of crossfunctional product projects with the highest quality and velocity.
• Build dashboards reports and presentations with the product management team.

Requirements

General requirements

• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Previous experience working in a processoriented role in Product Management is desired
• Ability to take ownership of crossfunctional projects.
• Outstanding communication skills to keep everyone aligned on the core problem we are addressing
• Strong prioritization skills
• Experience working with process tools like Jira Jira Service Desk and Notion
• Experience designing rolling out and improving organizations processes
• Experience with Software products and SaaS

Nice to have

• Experience working with Data tools (e.g. SQL) and Data Visualization tools (e.g. Metabase)
• Experience building processes in a large organization with a special focus on Product Management
• Experience working with external partners and vendors
• Experience with tools like Intercom Hubspot Fiverr Figma Lokalise etc.
• Experience with process automation via e.g. Zapier
