We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team.The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care and ensuring the delivery ofhighquality and safe healthcare services. The successful candidate will collaborate with healthcareprofessionals monitor patients conditions administer medications educate patients and their families
and advocate for the best interests and wellbeing of patients.
Qualifications:
1. Valid and current nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
2. Strong knowledge of medical terminology procedures and best practices in nursing care.
3. Demonstrated clinical proficiency in performing various nursing procedures such as medicationadministration and wound care.
4. Excellent criticalthinking and problemsolving skills to assess complex situations prioritize tasks andmake informed decisions.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients families andhealthcare team members.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced healthcare setting adapting tochanging priorities and patient needs.
7. Proficiency in using healthcare technology.
8. Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and maintain knowledge of currenthealthcare trends research and evidencebased practices.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform comprehensive physical assessments of patients evaluate their health conditions and recordrelevant medical history.
2. Administer medications treatments and procedures following established protocols and guidelines.
3. Monitor patients vital signs laboratory results and overall health status promptly identifying andreporting any significant changes or abnormalities.
4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals including physicians pharmacists and other members ofthe healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
5. Educate patients and their families regarding their medical conditions medications treatments andselfcare techniques ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their healthcare plan.
6. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families promoting a compassionateand healing environment.
7. Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records including nursing assessments care plansprogress notes and documentation of medication administration and treatments.
8. Adhere to infection control protocols safety guidelines and regulatory standards to ensure a safe andclean healthcare environment.
9. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and facilitate the efficient delivery of patientcare including scheduling tests and procedures arranging consultations and ensuring timely dischargeplanning.
10. Advocate for patients rights preferences and best interests ensuring their voices are heard andrespected in decisionmaking processes.
This is a salaried position.Pay begins at $43/hour.
Schedule: Monday through Thursday (40 hour work week)
