The opportunity

Were currently looking for a graduate asInternal Fleet and Remarketing Coordinator (Prcticas Graduate). Someone to join our Operations team in Madrid Spain to manage the internal fleet of Polestar vehicles for Spain. This 12month internship offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the transformation of the automotive industry towards sustainable mobility. The responsibilities

In this role youll be expected to:

• Assist in the management of the internal car park including demonstrators press cars courtesy cars event cars and more
• Ensure accurate and complete oversight of the total car park coordinating transportation service repair and defleeting of vehicles efficiently
• Organize internal coordination meetings and assess/improve car park management processes
• Coordinate the remarketing process from defleeting to posting on the remarketing website
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners for seamless car park management

The ideal candidate

To succeed in this role youll need excellent communication skills to engage with various stakeholders and partners effectively along with strong administrative and planning skills with the ability to work independently and proactively within a team.

In addition youll need the following qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree
• Experience or knowledge in automotive business and car park management is a plus
• Technical and system knowledge of connected cars is advantageous
• Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish and English
• Advanced skills in Excel & PowerPoint
