We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Junior MarketingCoordinator to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a passion formarketing and possess strongcommunication skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someonelooking to gain experience in the field of marketing within the fitness industry. We are looking for a bright and positive personalityto help support the business in all marketing and administrationfunctions.

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Work closely with our marketing agency on all studio presale campaigns and be the liaison between the agency and studio owners.
• Work closely with Operations Manager and Support Coordinator to ensure franchisees are on schedule with all presale campaigns.
• Keeping presale spreadsheets up to date and coordinate all comms with HQ team and agency.
• Assist in coordinating events and franchisee inductions.
• Regular upkeep of marketing content and resources in Digital Stack
• Understanding the functions of the global campaigns provided by Australia HQ and deliver to UK HQ agency and studio owners.
• Work with Australia HQ on any studio website updates.
• Conduct presale marketing checkin calls with studios i.e. preparation during and post campaign checkins.
• Understand the inner workings of our the CRM system and act as a knowledge source for the internal staff and the franchisee network.
