To display a deep understanding of the Drama curriculum across your phase specialism (eg Primary or Secondary) together with a broad understanding of the Drama curriculum across the 3-18 age range. To deliver high standards of teaching and learning in Drama across the 3-18 age range. To nurture a love of Drama and the Performing Arts in your students. To take an active part in the development of Drama and the Nord Anglia-Juilliard Performing Arts collaboration. To undertake comprehensive planning, assessment, and reporting duties in order to improve student outcomes. To be accountable for raising student achievement and progress in your classes. To take ownership of your own professional growth by accessing a range of Professional Learning opportunities. To engage in extra-curricular activities as required, ensuring a high level of student participation in a wide range of activities.
