We are looking for qualified staff with health and safety documentation to run our hotel kitchen and to provide healthy locally sourced continental breakfast and afternoon tea for a familyfriendly setting.

Outcomes

Arrange food and beverage items such as glassware dishes and trays.

Maintain kitchen and serving areas

Prepare and serve high quality nutritious continental breakfast according to recipes and personal judgements.

Set tables with clean linens condiments and other items according to the standards.

Clean the kitchen area utensils and equipment empty the trash sweep up all dirt and mop up spills.
