About the Role:

The position of Sales Development Representative is crucial for driving business growth and market presence in Thailand. The role involves direct engagement with seniorlevel executives and IT professionals to promote and sell our clients Order Management System (OMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share within Thailand.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure including product demonstrations solution mapping contract negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive lead generation and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Continuously update CRM tools to ensure effective pipeline management.
  • Analyze market trends and provide feedback on marketing and sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales particularly within IT or SaaS with a minimum of 12 years in lead generation and direct sales.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate present and influence key stakeholders at all levels including executive and Clevel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce retail solutions and SaaS technologies.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team across diverse cultural backgrounds.
