C&N Recruitment are working with an awardwinning family run restaurant based in Harpenden recruiting for a restaurant manager.
Responsibilities:
- Organising shifts and rotas.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Lead by example.
- Work with drink suppliers.
- Wine knowledge.
- Recruiting and training staff.
- Work closely with the Head chef and kitchen team.
- Able to work evenings and weekends.
For this role you must have a passion for excellent customer service this is a hands on role where you will not only be managing but serving as well.
