Job Description

Our client a reputable financial services firm are looking to hire a Manager to join their Real Estate team in Dublin.

The Role:
  • Development and review of detailed financial models for use in real estate transactions.
  • Assist with the development of funding structures information memorandums for debt capital or refinancing of existing debt.
  • Support team development and new business development /origination.
  • Assist in the review of financing agreements business plans and financial projections.




Requirements

  • ACA ACCA or other accounting qualification (preferred but not necessary).
  • 46 years experience managing transactions across (Real Estate transactions preferred) including reviewing of financial agreements and transaction documentation.
  • Experience developing financial models and strong commercial and market awareness.
  • Strong team player with ability to manage assignments and teams efficiently.

3-4 years' experience with background in finance, property law or real estate development Previous experience negotiating and closing residential sales contracts with purchasers. Excellent attention to detail, commercial acumen, and project management skills. Ability to work on own initiative and collaborate as part of a team.
