Project Coordinator - Mobile Virtual Solutions

• Provide critical project management support.
  
• Coordinate and manage project tasks ensuring they align with the clients goals objectives and timelines.
  
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders including developers designers and client representatives.
  
• Support the development and maintain project plans schedules and budgets.
  
• Track project progress and identify and mitigate potential risks.
  
• Assist in scripting and automation tasks as needed to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  
• Utilize scripting tools like PowerShell and Ansible to automate repetitive tasks.
  
• Maintain clear and concise project documentation.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
  
• Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  
• Basic knowledge of MacOS/iOS/iPadOS.
  
• Some experience with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell Ansible etc.)
  
• Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) is required.
  
• A motivated and resultsoriented attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies.
