Our client is a leading enterprise technology Integrator specialized in the deployment of dynamic and highly scalable ICT Infrastructure Solutions. Due to expansion they are currently in need of a Sales Engineer.
LOCATION: Abuja
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Lead a team of sales professionals providing guidance coaching and support to optimize their performance and achieve individual and team objectives.
- Selling of tech solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients leveraging networking referrals and market research to expand the customer base.
- Conduct regular market analysis monitor industry trends and stay uptodate with competitive landscape and pricing strategies to identify business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns promotions and lead generation activities.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations proposals and pitches to prospective clients
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics such as conversion rates revenue growth and customer acquisition costs and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the senior management team highlighting achievements challenges and recommendations for improvement.
REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum of first degree in any relevant field
- Previous experience as a Sales manager
- Must have sold cyber security cyber solutions or IT infrastructure products
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
