- Lead motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Provide ongoing training and development to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures staffing and inventory management.
- Monitor food quality and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure that guests receive prompt and courteous service always.
- Address customer inquiries concerns and complaints professionally striving to exceed their expectations.
- Proactively seek feedback from guests to improve the dining experience continually.
- Manage restaurant budget and expenses including labour costs food and beverage costs and overhead expenses.
- Monitor sales and revenue performance identifying opportunities for growth and cost savings.
- Implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining highquality standards.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
- Utilize social media platforms and other marketing channels to engage with customers and drive traffic to the restaurant.

Requirements
- 3 years Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations including food and beverage service kitchen management and customer service.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office applications.
- Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety certification is a plus.
