We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager with proven B2B experience who is willing to be part of a startup within the commodities industry. Developing Sales Strategies: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth expand market share and enhance brand presence in the commodities sector.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and engaging with prospective clients to foster business development opportunities.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends competitive landscapes and new business opportunities.
Product Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns promotional activities and product launches to support sales objectives.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track sales performance analyze results and make datadriven decisions to optimize sales strategies.
Team Leadership: Provide leadership guidance and support to the sales team ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as operations finance and product development to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and alignment with overall business objectives.

B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B sales within the commodities industry demonstrating a deep understanding of market dynamics client needs and industry trends.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the potential to transition into a leadership role within operations. Experience in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data analyze market trends and develop actionable insights to drive sales strategies and decisionmaking.
