Job Overview:
As a Support Engineer you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to customers ensuring smooth operations and optimal utilization of products or services. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot technical issues offer solutions and maintain strong customer relationships. Additionally you will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues contribute to product improvement and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description:
  • Provide firstline technical support to customers via various communication channels (phone email chat) in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software hardware and network infrastructure.
  • Guide customers through stepbystep solutions and provide clear instructions for issue resolution.
  • Document and track customer inquiries reported problems and solutions using a ticketing system or CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Development Quality Assurance and Product Management to resolve escalated issues and address customer feedback.
  • Continuously expand technical knowledge and stay updated on product features enhancements and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
  • Identify recurring issues and patterns proactively proposing solutions or improvements to prevent future occurrences.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while addressing customer concerns striving to exceed expectations in every interaction.


Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
  • Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role preferably in a software or technology company.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts operating systems (Windows Linux) and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using help desk software ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written with the ability to convey technical information to nontechnical users.
  • Customerfocused mindset with a dedication to delivering highquality service and support.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
  • Patience empathy and strong problemsolving skills to effectively resolve customer issues and deescalate tense situations.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing technologies and processes with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
