The Role Area Sales Manager HVAC Social Housing

• As a Specification Sales Manager you will be responsible for specifying the companys heating and renewable products (boilers & air sourced heat pumps) into the Social Housing market Local Authorities Housing Associations dealing with the new build market.
• As Specification Sales Manager you will be liaising with Asset Managers Operations Managers Estimators etc through to Csuite / level decision makers.
• Tasked with winning and tracking specifications you will target Social Housing / Housing Associations / Contractors / Installers / Regional Developers & Frameworks.

The Candidate for the Area Sales Manager

• Experience selling a HVAC or Plumbing & Heating or KBB or electrical or technical products i.e. into social housing councils / local authorities (specification sales)
• Our client will also consider candidates that have sold into M&E consultants
