Affiliate Manager

Requirements:

• Russian / Ukrainian / English speaker;
• Knowledge of English not lower than B1B2;
• Proven experience of 5 years as an affiliate manager in Forex / trading / crypto / finance;
• Knowledge of all aspects of AFF marketing: Traffic Sources LPs Aff links Affiliate software and network management;
• Strong organizational and analytical skills ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously;
• Ability to bargain and achieve the most favorable terms;

Responsibilities:

• Expanding and seeking new partnerships with partners/brokers and agencies to promote our brand and push them to send more traffic;
• Responsible for maintaining and optimizing existing partnerships working with current partners and developing their potential;
• Managing Team of Affiliates
• Manage and document balance with affiliates weekly monthly;
• Monitor budget to maximize results;
• Sending affiliates lead comment reports;
• Sending affiliates team weekly results in reports;
• Managing brand and network integrations (with programmers) with affiliates;
• Consulting on inquiries regarding affiliates networks and partners;
• Representing the company at industry conferences around the world;
