Ashtabula County Medical Center (ACMC) in Ashtabula OH is hiring a Perm Family Medicine Physician! ACMC is an affiliate of the Cleveland Clinic and invites you to consider a dynamic opportunity with our multispecialty group practice which incudes 60 employed providers; 21 of which are primary care.

Job Description

  • Fulltime negotiable schedule
  • On call 34 days per month
  • Clinic Practice Setting
  • 10 MidLevels Providing Coverage throughout the Organization
  • 23 Exam Rooms Per Physician (depending on the location)
  • Practice Population: Adult Geriatric Pediatric and Newborn
  • Emergency Supplies Available: Defibrilator Airway IV Supplies Etc.
  • Lab onsite
  • XRay onsite
  • EMR EPIC
  • Credentialing timeframe: 3060 days contingent on requested information being returned timely
  • Must live within a 40mile radius or be willing to relocate
  • Not accepting Locums submissions
  • Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Salary range: xx240000xx375000 (including all bonuses) depending upon experience. Marketcompetitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines (to be discussed at interview).
    • 3year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
    • Sign on bonus negotiable

    Requirement description :
    ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.

    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine REQUIRED
    • OH license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
    • BLS ACLS (by time of start) REQUIRED
    • State experience with procedures (add to Experience field): EKG Interpretation Adult Outpatient General Outpatient Pelvic Exam/Pap Smear Trigger Point/Joint Injections Skin/Tissue Biopsy Suturing of Minor Lacerations Incision & Drainage Employment Physicals Disability Exams Prenatal Care Diagnosis & Management of Common IndustrialRelated Medical Problems REQUIRED
