Job Description

Join our client as Data Center Services Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operational execution at our assigned DC campus(es). Reporting to the Regional Services Manager youll be responsible for managing technicians coordinating dispatches and overseeing daytoday activities. Your role involves collaborating with crossfunctional teams leading projects and maintaining a high level of service excellence. Tasks

  • Recruit train and manage personnel to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements product support and company policies.
  • Lead a highperforming crossfunctional team to deliver contracted services support.
  • Foster a positive culture embodying core tenets such as People First Ownership Mentality Quality and Partnership.
  • Accountable for achieving customer support SLAs and effectively communicate status issues and needs.
  • Manage daytoday customer relationships at the site level.
  • Assist Regional Manager with overall account management as needed.
  • Oversee planning and execution of site assessments builds transport inventory and deployments.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree and a minimum of three (3) years of related experience or five (5) years of server hardware deployment and IT Data Center Services.
  • Proven team leadership and team management experience.
  • Experience in managing technicians resource allocation and planning.
  • Strong crossfunctional communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with engineering processes project management methodologies and release schedules.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • CompTIA A or equivalent experience.
  • CompTIA Server or equivalent experience.
  • CCENT or equivalent experience.
  • Windows OS experience.
  • CCNA certification preferred.
  • MCP/MSCE certification preferred.
