Tasks
- Recruit train and manage personnel to meet business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements product support and company policies.
- Lead a highperforming crossfunctional team to deliver contracted services support.
- Foster a positive culture embodying core tenets such as People First Ownership Mentality Quality and Partnership.
- Accountable for achieving customer support SLAs and effectively communicate status issues and needs.
- Manage daytoday customer relationships at the site level.
- Assist Regional Manager with overall account management as needed.
- Oversee planning and execution of site assessments builds transport inventory and deployments.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree and a minimum of three (3) years of related experience or five (5) years of server hardware deployment and IT Data Center Services.
- Proven team leadership and team management experience.
- Experience in managing technicians resource allocation and planning.
- Strong crossfunctional communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with engineering processes project management methodologies and release schedules.
- Strong problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- CompTIA A or equivalent experience.
- CompTIA Server or equivalent experience.
- CCENT or equivalent experience.
- Windows OS experience.
- CCNA certification preferred.
- MCP/MSCE certification preferred.
