About the vacancy:
We require a Site Supervisor to join our growing Civils team on a full time permanent basis. The successful applicant will assist with overseeing the site safety and works for our Civils team along Network Rail routes to provide a safe passage way for the UK s transportation industry.
Based in Kent and operating across Network Rail s infrastructure across Wessex Kent and Sussex the successful candidate must have a full driving licence.
As first point of contact for the team you will be supervising and liaising with internal and external stakeholders and responsible for activity. You will lead motivate teams and provide safe ways of working through delivery of Toolbox talks task and SSOW briefings. Strong communication skills industry knowledge and a calm pragmatic approach are essential.
The ideal candidate will proactively liaise with the Works Manager to ensure projects are delivered in line with client requirements and to the highest standards. You will be required to undertake site audits and inspections and well as produce accurate scoping of works. You will be fieldbased for the majority of your time so you must be happy to work in all that the British weather has to offer!
