1. Analyzing client business requirements and translating them into Odoo functional and technical specifications.
2. Customizing, configuring, and implementing Odoo modules to meet client needs.
3. Developing custom Odoo modules as per project requirements.
4. Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo implementations.
5. Conducting user training sessions and creating documentation.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
7. Keeping up-to-date with Odoo developments and best practices.
8. Participating in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal preparation.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an Odoo developer or consultant, with expertise in both functional and technical aspects.
3. Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
4. Proficiency in Python programming language.
5. Familiarity with PostgreSQL database management.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Prior experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
9. Odoo certification is desirable.
Full Time
