Role Overview
Join our vibrant hospitality team and bring your mixology passion to the forefront as our new Bartender. Located in the heart of Bahrain, we offer an exciting workplace environment where creativity is celebrated. We’re looking for a dynamic individual to provide exceptional drink service and contribute to an unforgettable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Plan and present the bar menu.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Proven working experience as a bartender.
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
- Relevant training certificate.
