To specify you will
Plan direct coordinate and oversee activities in the Engineering and Development department
Ensure the development and implementation of efficient operations and costeffective systems to meet current and future needs of the company.
Work with other members of the executive team to develop the product strategy and plan.
Manage all aspects of research development and commercialization of new products.
Lead and direct an overall crossfunctional team to carry out new product development and launch activities.
You have initial experience as a manager of a technical team
You are an expert in the AdTech domain
You have a strong technical background with expertise in software development methodologies
Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate your teamand build consensus

You solve problems pragmatically and analytically.
