Your Job

To specify you will

• Plan direct coordinate and oversee activities in the Engineering and Development department

• Ensure the development and implementation of efficient operations and costeffective systems to meet current and future needs of the company.

• Work with other members of the executive team to develop the product strategy and plan.

• Manage all aspects of research development and commercialization of new products.

• Lead and direct an overall crossfunctional team to carry out new product development and launch activities.

Your profile for this job

• You have initial experience as a manager of a technical team

• You are an expert in the AdTech domain

• You have a strong technical background with expertise in software development methodologies

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate your teamand build consensus
