As part of the Operations unit our team oversees the entire supply chain process from procurement and manufacturing to shipment and warehousing ensuring seamless delivery of our products to customers worldwide.

BioLamina is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our dynamic team within the Operations Strategy Project Management Office. As a Project Manager you will play a crucial role in coordinating people and processes to ensure the successful execution of projects within our organization. From developing project plans to overseeing project execution your leadership and communication skills will be instrumental in driving our projects to success. Types of projects range from production capacity projects upgrade/rebuild of facilities or utilities implementing new equipment/systems implementing changes in the manufacturing processes etc.

Main tasks:

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope timeline budget and resource requirements.
• Oversee project execution to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and implement effective planning tools for organizationwide use.
• Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate risks.
• Engaging and communicating with project stakeholders such as sponsors steering committee senior management to ensure their expectations are met and provide regular project updates.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to relevant safety and quality standards for process efficiency product safety and operational safety.
• Report observations and deviations within and outside delegated responsibilities.
• Perform work in compliance with the BioLamina Quality Management System (QMS) and contribute to its continuous development.
• Document activities according to QMS requirements and maintain uptodate training documentation.
• Plan and perform work according to department priorities and goals contributing to the continuous development of company and department performance.

Requirements:

• Master of Science in Engineering Biotechnology or a degree in a relevant field.
• Several years of work experience in project management in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English Swedish a merit.
