We are seeking a driven ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As the SDR you will play a key role in deploying Seqanas cuttingedge products across the globe by engaging a diverse spectrum of stakeholders including farmers agrifood corporations and governmental bodies to foster a sustainable agricultural future.
Tasks
- Lead Generation Mastery: You will be instrumental in identifying and nurturing potential leads diving deep into strategic organizations to unearth opportunities that align with Seqanas mission.
- Strategic Outreach: Work directly with our cofounder Jakob to craft and implement innovative outreach strategies. Your efforts will ensure Seqana maintains a vibrant and engaging presence keeping our pipeline robust and dynamic.
- CRM and Data Stewardship: Take charge of our CRM alongside Julia our Sales Ops Manager ensuring data integrity and actionable insights. Your attention to detail will enhance our overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Sales Process Innovation: Be an active participant in evaluating and refining our sales process. Your perspective and dedication to continuous improvement will contribute to a more streamlined effective and impactful sales journey.

Requirements

- Organizational Skills: You have a knack for keeping things in order whether its managing data coordinating schedules or juggling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Learning Agility: With a strong willingness to learn and adapt youre not just looking for a job but a career where you can grow and evolve. Youre prepared to soak up knowledge about Seqanas sales process the climatetech industry and our innovative products.
- Communication and Persuasion: Articulate and persuasive you can convey Seqanas value proposition with clarity and enthusiasm. Your communication skills empower you to engage effectively with prospects team members and industry partners.
- Sales Experience: 02 years in Sales. Preference for experience in relevant fields (AgTech carbon accounting etc.).
- Fluent English language skills: You are capable of communicating complex technologies effectively. German or other languages are a plus.
What makes you stand out
- Knowledge of the Carbon Markets and carbon farming
- Familiarity with methodologies related to nature based solutions ideally SOC and carbon registry standards (e.g.: GHG Protocol Land Sector and Removals Guidance Verras VM0042 Gold Standards Soil Organic Carbon Framework Methodology)
- Experience using and maintaining a CRM
