Job Description
As a senior member of the concerned plant team, contribute to the formulation and implementation of the concerned plant strategy and plans to fulfil the function/business line needs and objectives.
To supervise day-to-day operations of the assigned organizational unit, ensuring that the work processes are implemented as designed and complied with established standards and procedures, make sure that the employees are motivated, understand what is expected of them and perform according to the designated standards.
To coordinate on daily basis to pick up any operational problems inside the plant, come up with a corrective action plan and ensure fast implementation in coordination with relevant functions in order to minimize loss of productivity.
