Job Role
- Manages a set of 56 Account managers
- Operates as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to employees of corporates mapped
- Develops trust relationships with a portfolio of Key corporates assigned to him to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Acquire new Corporate relationships and open Salary Accounts of their employees
- Expected to expand the relationship with existing customers with engagement activities /cross sell solutions
- Ensuring salary credits in all salary accounts sourced.
- Meeting daily monthly sales targets for salary accounts and cross sell products
- Adhere to KYC guidelines and Bank process as laid down from time to time
- Ensuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks as prescribed by the Bank

- Strong Business Acumen and Aggression for Corporate Sales with focus on Service.
- Selfstarter and energetic individual
- Sales focus in achieving defined targets
- Good communication and problemsolving skills
- Candidate should be confident & and a team player
- Adhere to KYC service quality and audit norms laid down as per Bank policy
- Graduate with 57 years of relevant experience (in Corporate/Institutional Sales preferred).
