The Business Technology Advisor responsibilities include: Participating in the Marketing team to create content drive campaigns and lead events both in person and virtual Drive new business opportunities from net new clients for both MSP and MSSP and continue to build relationships with new TechMD clients. You will focus on ways to grow the TechMD brand through high value content disruptive mailers and events while always focusing on driving value to our target audience. Our Business Technology Advisor must be able to read people and connect meaningfully with a variety of personalities. You must understand that all progress is made through relationships. You must know when to take the lead in relationship development and when to enable others to take the lead. Business Technology Advisors must have laser focus on getting results for the customer; must be proactive and not wait for the customer to notice they are not on track to achieving a particular goal; must have a no excuses mindset and do what needs to be done; and must have the ability to coordinate multiple resources to achieve the desired outcome. You will take the blame for failures and give credit to the team for successes because you are driven by outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities
Bachelor s Degree or higher preferred
Proven account management or other relevant experience
Demonstrate ability to communicate present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization including Executive and Clevel
Experience delivering clientfocused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Natural relationship builder with integrity reliability and maturity
Excellent customer service and follow through skills
Excellent listening negotiation and presentation skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Critical thinking and problemsolving skills
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
