Senior Graphic Designer

• Develop and design marketing materials for both print and digital platforms including brochures flyers website graphics social media posts and presentations.
  
• Create branding materials such as logos typography guides and color palettes.
  
• Collaborate with photographers and videographers to produce highquality visual content.
  
• Manage and maintain the companys brand identity guidelines.
  
• Collaborate with marketing sales and other teams to ensure all design materials are aligned with brand messaging and objectives.
  
• Stay updated on current design trends and industry best practices.
  
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  
• Assist with other designrelated tasks as needed.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer preferably in the real estate industry.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
  
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Illustrator InDesign and After Effects.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
  
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  
• Experience with marketing principles and best practices is a plus.
