Project Description:
This position will focus more on the transactional side of our communications and focus mainly on REST protocols and JSON data formats to enable our communications. While other protocols and formats are supported such as SOAP and XML.

Position Summary/Job Description:
This role is responsible for efficient and effective operations of the campaign capability.

This role is involved in the following:

1) Multichannel (SMS push notifications email) build and deployment in Webex Connect and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

2) data queries against a complex data environment within the enterprise data platform and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform

3) Leveraging and utilization of coding languages and supporting methodologies such as HTML CSS XML and JSON SOAP and REST protocols VBScript JavaScript PHP.
