Responsible for daily and overall efficient operation of assigned clinics including staff performance patient care processes and outcomes patient/family satisfaction and prudent resource management. The manager will develop execute and oversee aspects of service delivery quality assurance governmental regulations regulatory compliance program policies and practices. The position will be hands on and interact and coordinate with management staff and patients.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Maintains regular consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location
- Understanding of HIPAA ADA OSHA and other regulatory standards.

- Knowledge of medical terminology especially with cardiology and wound care specific conditions

Requirement description :
- Bachelors degree or higher in nursing REQUIRED
- A minimum of two years of clinic managerial or leadership experience within the last five years required REQUIRED
- 5 years of experience in an acute care hospital (within 10 years ) REQUIRED
- This position is overseeing the cardiology department
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
