Job Description
Responsibilities
1 Understand a problem statement and bring analytical solutions & techniques to come up with the solution
2 Conduct advanced statistical analysis to provide actionable insights identify trends and measure performance
3 Work with various stakeholders to identify the business requirements define working methodologies and the expected outcome
4 Analyse and highlight product growth opportunities
5 Recommend ongoing improvements to methods algorithms tools and products
6 Collaborate with internal teams like success creative marketing product tech and more to drive retention.
7 Make TranZact more datadriven organization by creating platforms to better access interpret and use data in driving daytoday decisions and business functioning
Requirements:
Apply only if you re graduated from Tier1 institutes with 7 or above CGPA
1 Minimum 2 years of experience in a Data Analytics role
2 Expert level proficiency in SQL Python (12yrs exp) Google Analytics Advanced Excel Data visualisation tools
3 Problemsolving: Ability to break the problem into small problems and think of relevant techniques
4 Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
5 Strong with basics quick learner & good with numbers
6 Experience working handson with largescale data sets
7 Experience working in a fastgrowing unstructured startup environment
