ABOUT THE ROLE
We provide an AIpowered Talent Experience Platform for unified content discovery knowledge management and personalized learning platform for your career journey. Our awardwinning Platform is used globally by Fortune 500 companies and government organizations to solve content discovery curation and recommendation problems across external internal and tacit knowledge sources.
In the Data Science and Machine Learning team we are looking for solid handson technologists with solid timemanagement skills and experience in highly autonomous roles. You also function effectively in a collaborative environment and are comfortable making independent decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work on new initiatives for Machine Learning using conversational NLP techniques and introduce MLbased learning for recommendation and coaching assistant in our products
- Work with the engineering teams and ensure timely deliveries.
- Be part of a global Engineering team supporting Fortune 1000 customers worldwide.
- Ability to experiment and iterate rapidly and provide tangible improvements in the overall engagement
You ve Got What It Takes If You Have:
- Masters or bachelors degree in computer science or a related study or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of handson experience architecting and designing highly scalable and resilient systems.
- Experience in designing & scaling applications based on Data Science NLP and conversational AI
- Understanding of ML algorithms classical and deep learning and ML frameworks
- Good understanding of system availability security and performance management.
- Hands on work experience in: PyTorch and its ecosystem of libraries Word and document embeddings Transformers and Attention RNN LSTM A background in BERT and its variants transferlearning practices NLP Libraries: NLTK Genism Spacy MLpipelines Apache Airflow/ Kubeflow/ RAY OpenAI libraries and Models LLMs scikitlearn Pandas Numpy plotting using matplotlib seaborn HuggingFace.
Beside the knowledge of framework or libraries having experience in building the recommendation systems with following algorithms will be considered as a plus:
- Generative Models i.e. VAE & GAN
- Collaborative based filtering/ Context aware/Graph based recommender systems
- Factorization Machine Deep recommender
Experience with any of the following is considered a plus:
- TensorFlow Bigdata and PySpark
- Data wrangling libraries: Beautiful Soup or Scrapy
- R libraries Taking models to production
- Cloud Technologies: GCP/AWS
- ML Graph Models GNN and NetworkX
MUST HAVE SKILL:
- Mandatory NLP and GenAI handson experience
NOTE

2. Whats the best AI lesson or technology or methodology you learnt in your life with your career experience
3. List the projects completed or ongoing using GenAI if any and the most complex problem solved by you using GenAI

5. Do you have experience in deploying the ML model in production if yes kindly write a brief about Model and MLOps part
6. Do you have any experience or knowledge of building recommendation systems if yes kindly explain the 3 approaches (traditional using moderate AI techniques and with GenAI)
