Job Description
Overview:
The Oracle Netsuite functional consultant plays a pivotal role in providing expertise in the implementation and customization of Netsuite solutions for clients. They are responsible for understanding business processes gathering requirements and configuring the Netsuite system to meet the specific needs of the organization. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of Netsuite as an integrated ERP solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements
- Configure Netsuite modules to align with clients business processes
- Provide expertise in data migration from legacy systems to Netsuite
- Customize Netsuite solutions using SuiteScript SuiteFlow and SuiteBuilder
- Support user acceptance testing and training activities
- Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials
- Assist in the resolution of postimplementation issues and enhancements
- Collaborate with technical consultants to integrate Netsuite with other systems
- Stay updated with Netsuite functionalities and best practices
- Provide functional support and guidance to clients and internal teams
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or related field
- 3 years of experience in Netsuite functional consulting
- Strong understanding of business processes and best practices
- Proven experience in configuring and customizing Netsuite ERP modules
- Expertise in data migration and integration with Netsuite
- Proficiency in SuiteScript SuiteFlow and SuiteBuilder
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues
- Certification in Oracle Netsuite is a plus
- Experience in leading and conducting user training sessions
