David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard Russian speaking Customer Support Representative for their Lisbon offices.
Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide customer support via email and chat predominantly in Russian and occasionally in English
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding account and payment procedures
- Resolve issues related to login and registration
- Assist with the recovery and modification of emails phone numbers and other account details
- Manage cases of hacked accounts and facilitate character restoration
- Address inquiries concerning the reward program
- Respond to questions regarding tokens and prepaid game cards
- Handle paymentrelated inquiries and facilitate refund processes
- Maintain professionalism in managing customer data.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native level Russian both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Previous experience in Customer service roles will be considered as an advantage
- Gaming knowledge required
- Eligible to work in EU or sorted outPortuguese residency status
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Excellent communication skills with solid negotiating skills
- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Ability to work independently while being team player at the same time
- Working schedule: shift rotation Monday to Sunday in timeframe from 06 AM 10 PM (40 hours a week).
