About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity and looking for iGaming Business Analyst to join our team.You will be responsible for ensuring the performance and release of new games by cooperating with the marketing product and customer support teams on the daily basis. We are looking for proactive self starter who is ready to rock!
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of various games across brands and platforms. Provide insights and recommendations based on trends player behavior and profitability.
- Coordinate with the providers to plan and launch new games. Ensure that all new releases meet quality standards and compliance requirements. Manage the integration and testing phases to ensure a smooth rollout.
- Oversee the portfolio of games ensuring they remain compliant uptodate and aligned with the strategic and marketing objectives. Evaluate and adjust the game offerings based on performance data and player preferences.
- Plan and execute engaging promotional campaigns to boost player acquisition and retention. Work closely with the CRM team to develop promotions that align with player preferences and market trends.
- Generate regular reports on game performance campaign results and other key metrics. Use these insights to inform strategic decisions and improve overall brands and platforms performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams (such as marketing product and customer service) and external partners. Ensure clear communication and effective collaboration.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities. Analyze market data to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
What we expect from you:
- At least 1 year of experience in casino management.
- Advanced analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to apply a quantitative approach to decisionmaking.
- Proven track record of designing and executing effective bonus & promotional campaigns.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a closely related field is required.
- Excellent English both written and verbal
