Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive drama lessons to students in accordance with the national curriculum.
• Foster students creativity confidence and selfexpression through drama activities and performances.
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources to cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Assess and provide constructive feedback on students performance progress and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create enriching crosscurricular projects and performances.
• Organize and coordinate drama clubs productions and other extracurricular activities.
• Support and guide students in preparing for drama examinations or assessments.

Requirements

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent certification in Drama Education.
• Proven experience in teaching Drama to primary or secondary students.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment requirements.
• Passion for drama education and a commitment to nurturing students creativity and selfconfidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students parents and colleagues.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to plan and deliver engaging lessons and manage extracurricular activities.
