We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to spearhead our business expansion efforts by leading our dynamic online sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset driving revenue growth through collaboration with beauty advisors external partners and wholesale clients. As a pivotal member of our leadership cadre youll collaborate closely with other managers nurturing partner brands through campaign initiatives and providing mentorship to our beauty advisors.
What does the job involve
- Innovating new avenues for building and expanding online sales.
- Mentor guide and coordinate the online sales team to promote our products or services and create incentive plans to achieve marketing goals.
- Continuously iterate and improve the companys online sales strategy as the company grows and expands.
- Coordinate and oversee all online and offline sales activities.
- Collaborating closely with the marketing manager to conceptualize strategize and execute effective marketing campaigns for both existing and prospective brands ensuring seamless daytoday implementation.
- Supervise the day to day tasks of beauty advisors.
- Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for the online sales department and delivering comprehensive reports.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience preferably within ecommerce or retail.
- Demonstrated proficiency in devising efficient business strategies and plans.
- Experience in collaborating with key stakeholders such as suppliers and retailers.
- Handson experience in managing the daytoday operations of a varied online sales/marketing team.
- Familiarity with essential ecommerce metrics.
- Strong leadership acumen coupled with effective management skills.
- Analytical prowess for project planning and execution.
- A leader with a blend of creative and analytical abilities adaptable to swiftly changing environments.
