Requirements

TECHNOLOGY

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required including but not limited to Outlook Word Excel Teams PowerPoint and Visio.
Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms preferred.
Experience with cybersecurity practices and tools.

KNOWLEDGE
Computers and Electronics Knowledge of circuit boards processors chips electronic equipment and computer hardware and software including applications and programming.
English Language Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words rules of composition and grammar.
German Language (C1) Knowledge of the structure and content of the German language including the meaning and spelling of words rules of composition and grammar.
Customer and Personal Service Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Engineering and Technology Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles techniques procedures and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
Mathematics Knowledge of arithmetic algebra geometry calculus statistics and their applications.

Tasks & Responsibilities

System Maintenance and Monitoring: Perform regular system updates patches and maintenance to ensure system integrity and security. Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and proactively address potential problems. Implement and maintain system backup and disaster recovery procedures.
Server Management: Administer and maintain servers to ensure optimal performance and security including physical and virtual servers. Troubleshoot server issues and implementnecessary solutions.
User Support and Training: Provide technical support to endusers including software
installation configuration and issue resolution. Train employees on best practices for using company systems and tools.
Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security protocols including user access controls and firewall configurations.
Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches promptly. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations procedures and troubleshooting steps. Generate regular reports on system performance and incidents for management review.
Collaboration and Project Support: Collaborate with IT team members on various projects including system upgrades migrations and technology integrations. Assist in evaluating and recommending new technologies and solutions to enhance system performance.
