Responsibilities:

• Engage in all facets of the business including customer relationship development estimating contract procurement schedule and change management field execution and project closeout.
• Grow customer relationships through consistent project execution and delivery reflecting our commitment to excellence.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently maintaining a balance between detailoriented tasks and the broader project objectives.
• Address challenges with a sense of urgency ensuring timely resolution and maintaining project momentum.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and subcontractors to facilitate successful project outcomes.
• Utilize construction industry experience to effectively manage project finances scope development estimating scheduling and field operations.
• Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering projects ahead of schedule and under budget.
• Act as a collaborative team player contributing to the company's growth and leadership succession plan.

Qualifications:

• 5 to 10 years of constructionrelated industry experience with a preference for weatherproofing/waterproofing and rehab/restoration or building envelope experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on business development.
• Proficiency in project financial management including scope development estimating and pricing.
• Valid driver's license.
