As part of their commitment to sustainability we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join the team as an IT Business Analyst specializing in Plant Maintenance & EHS. In this role you will serve as the Business Partner for EHS topics with a strong understanding of PM & EHS and ideally experience in innovative topics such as digitalization within PM or EHS. Training will be provided on EHS topics.
Tasks
- Demonstrate expertise in SAP PM and optionally EHS modules with a focus on OMP and driving improvements.
- Analyze and prioritize user requirements approving concepts and specifications aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage the external support team providing guidance and ensuring compliance with our clients standards.
- Oversee configuration and customization of SAP PM and EHS systems developing and executing test plans.
- Lead training sessions for endusers contribute to data migration activities and create comprehensive training documentation.
- Manage the development service in projects ensuring compliance with our clients standards and conducting quality control.
- Foster effective communication with internal stakeholders external support teams and relevant parties for successful project implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in information technology computer science mechanical engineering chemical engineering manufacturing engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in English (professional business fluent) German desired.
- Required: Understanding of planning / MRP.
- Preferred: SAP config experience (PP).
- Willingness to acquire proficiency in EHS if not already possessed.
