To maintain contact with the client leading to and during their event in order to exceed the client’s expectations.
. To invite client feedback at every opportunity in order to recommend improvements to the operations.
. To respond to client queries or complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring that mutually agreeable solutions are reached at the earliest convenient time and ensuring that decisions are made at the appropriate level.
