Job Description
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on various HVAC equipment, including VRF systems, air-cooled chillers, package/DX units, split AC units, AHUs/FCUs, and related components.
- Conduct inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in HVAC systems, utilizing knowledge of equipment operation and technical manuals.
- Execute repair and replacement tasks for defective components and parts, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform maintenance and repair tasks effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize workload.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and service schedules.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in HVAC maintenance.
- Uphold a strong commitment to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems.
