We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Office Automation Sales Manager to lead our sales team. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for our office automation products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management a deep understanding of office automation technologies and a proven track record of building and leading highperforming sales teams.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
    • Identify key market segments target customers and growth opportunities for office automation products and solutions.
    • Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to inform strategic decisionmaking.
  2. Team Leadership and Management:

    • Recruit train and mentor a highperforming sales team capable of driving results and delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Set clear sales targets and performance expectations for team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure success.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement within the sales team.
  3. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs develop tailored solutions and address any issues or concerns.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients providing strategic guidance and insights to help them achieve their business objectives.
  4. Sales Enablement and Support:

    • Provide sales team members with the tools resources and support they need to succeed including training sales collateral and technical assistance.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and customer support to ensure alignment and coordination of sales efforts.
    • Monitor sales performance and KPIs identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales effectiveness.
  5. Reporting and Analysis:

    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics including revenue pipeline conversion rates and customer acquisition costs.
    • Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and presentations for senior management highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Use datadriven insights to identify trends opportunities and challenges and develop strategies to address them.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management preferably in the office automation or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of office automation technologies including document management printing scanning and workflow solutions.
  • Strong leadership and teambuilding skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Desired Experience & Qualification Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or a minimum of 10 years equivalent experience). Technical Experience: Proven experience in a technical leadership role within an MSP or similar environment. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, and cybersecurity. Familiarity with ISO framework and best practices. Experience with managing and troubleshooting common IT systems and platforms. Leadership and Management Skills: Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to to motivate and inspire a team. Demonstrated experience in hiring, training, and performance evaluation of technical professionals. Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Abilities: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyse complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. Capacity to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Customer Service and Communication: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to clients and team members. Continuous Learning: A passion for staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO, ITIL, NIST) would be advantageous. Strategic Thinking and Business Acumen: Ability to align technical strategies with business objectives. Understanding of the MSP industry, market trends, and competitive landscape. Experience in collaborating with other departments, such as Sales and Operations, to drive business growth.
